- Name, email address, phone number and company name when you complete our contact form or enquire about our services

- Contact form enquiries: Up to 24 months from our last interaction, unless you become a client
- Client project data: For the duration of our engagement plus 6 years thereafter, as required for contractual and legal purposes
- Website analytics data: Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
